Tom Nook- Watercolors & Marker from my sketchbook

Inspired by Nintendo’s release of some Animal Crossing for switch teasers, I scratched up a small Tom Nook sketch in my sketchbook. I’d like to use this as a base sketch for a larger, cleaner version this winter when it’s harder to work outside here on the farm.

The original sketch, as you can see in the second image is quite small, only a few inches across. I like working in this size for sketches as I can’t focus on detail.
